Today starts my training to get back into hiking shape.  I’ve been cycling for cardio, and now I need to work on my bone density health.  I’m just walking around my local park with roughly twenty pounds on my back.  That’s about 9.07 kilos to my international readers.  Anyway, I cannot wait to start getting stronger and stronger.  I may even start doing some light mountaineering. But cycling is my main passion, and bicycles are my go to when I feel bored of seeing gorgeous views.  I am also going to start running starting Thursday, just a mile to see how pain tolerant I am.  I am allowed to do all my activities, I just have to stop if I am in pain.
